This Return Policy sets out in detail the terms under which you may request a refund, cancellation, or other remedy in relation to the digital products and services offered by Trustworthybrtru ("we", "us", "our") at trustworthybrtru.ddd. Our products include diet plans for glowing skin, skin diet guides, and detox meal programs (the "Products"), all of which are delivered digitally. We are based at Große Bockenheimer Str. 37-39, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection law in Germany and the European Union, including the Consumer Rights Directive and the BGB (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch) provisions on distance contracts and the right of withdrawal.

Nature of Our Products

All our Products are delivered in digital form. We do not sell physical goods. Once you purchase a Product such as the 7-Day Glow Starter, the 28-Day Radiance Program, or the 90-Day Transformation, you receive access to materials including meal plans, shopping lists, recipes, and guidance documents by email or through a secure download link. Delivery typically occurs shortly after payment is confirmed, and in many cases the content is made available immediately or within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Because these are digital goods that are delivered promptly and can be accessed or downloaded without returning a physical item, your right to withdraw from the contract may be limited or lost once you have expressly consented to the start of performance and we have fully delivered the digital content, in accordance with Article 16(a) of the Consumer Rights Directive and Section 356(5) BGB (or the equivalent provisions of applicable law in your jurisdiction). This does not affect your rights in relation to defective or undelivered Products, as described below.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the EU and Germany)

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession) in the European Union or Germany, you generally have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you (or a third party you designate) acquire(s) physical possession of the goods or, in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, from the day of the conclusion of the contract. However, if you have requested that we begin the performance of the contract during the withdrawal period (for example, by completing the purchase and accepting or requesting that we send you the diet plan or detox meal materials before the end of the 14-day period), your right of withdrawal may be lost once we have fully performed the service with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. By purchasing a Product and completing the checkout process, you may be deemed to have agreed to the immediate start of performance and to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will lapse once we have delivered the digital content in full. We will inform you clearly of this before you complete your purchase, where required by law, and we will ask for your explicit consent to begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period. If you have not consented to early performance and you withdraw within the fourteen-day period before accessing or downloading the content, you are entitled to a full refund. If you have consented to early performance and we have delivered the content, you will not be entitled to withdraw solely on the basis of the right of withdrawal; however, you may still have rights in respect of defective performance or non-conformity as set out below.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are entitled to withdraw and wish to do so, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by post, email, or via our contact form). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission or any other clear statement. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods; in the case of digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium, we are not required to reimburse you if we have begun performance with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal, as described above.

Refund Requests and Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund (for example, because you have validly withdrawn within the applicable period and have not requested early performance, because the Product was not delivered within the agreed or reasonable timeframe, or because the Product was defective or not as described), please contact us using the contact form or the contact details (postal address, email) published on our website. When contacting us, please provide your order details (such as the email address used for the purchase, the date of purchase, and the Product ordered) so we can locate your order and process your request efficiently. We will review your request in good faith and respond within a reasonable time, typically within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your request. We may ask you for additional information or evidence where necessary (for example, proof that you did not receive the Product or that the content was defective). If we approve a refund, we will process it using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. We will not charge you any fee for processing a valid refund. Defective or Undelivered Products

If you do not receive your Product within the timeframe we indicated at checkout or in our order confirmation (typically within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated), or if the materials you receive are incomplete, corrupted, or clearly not as described on our website, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. You must notify us of any defect or non-delivery within a reasonable time after you become aware of the issue; under German law, this is typically within two months of discovery. We will investigate and, where appropriate, either resend the Product in full, correct the defect (for example, by sending missing or corrected files), or, if that is not possible or would impose a disproportionate burden on us, offer a full refund or a partial refund if only part of the Product is affected. We may ask you to confirm that you have not received the Product (for example, by checking your spam folder or confirming your email address) before resending or refunding. Our obligation to remedy defective or undelivered Products is in addition to any statutory rights you have under the BGB or other applicable consumer protection law; nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Circumstances Where a Refund May Not Be Granted

We may decline a refund request where: you have already received and accessed or downloaded the full digital Product and the statutory withdrawal period has expired and you had consented to early performance; you have requested that we begin performance during the withdrawal period and we have fully performed and you had acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal; the request is made after the period allowed under applicable law (for example, for defects, after the relevant limitation period); we have already provided a refund or replacement for the same order; we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent or abusive (for example, multiple refund requests for the same Product or use of stolen payment details); or the Product was used in a manner that caused the alleged defect (for example, modification or use contrary to our instructions). We will always explain our decision and the legal or factual basis where relevant, and we will treat each request on its merits in accordance with applicable law. Our decision to decline a refund in one case does not mean we will decline all future requests; each case is assessed individually.

Cancellation of Orders Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel an order before the Product has been delivered (that is, before we have sent you the email with the materials or the download link), please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form or contact details on our website. If the Product has not yet been sent at the time we process your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and refund any payment already received from you, without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days. If the Product has already been sent by the time we receive your cancellation request, we cannot cancel the order in the sense of preventing delivery; in that case, our standard refund and withdrawal terms above will apply (for example, if you are still within the withdrawal period and had not consented to early performance, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and we will refund you). We recommend that you contact us immediately if you change your mind after placing an order, as digital Products are often delivered quickly.

Partial Refunds and Proportional Reimbursement

In certain circumstances we may offer a partial refund rather than a full refund. For example, if you have purchased a multi-part Product (such as the 90-Day Transformation) and only part of the content was defective or not delivered, we may refund the proportionate part of the price corresponding to the affected content, or we may offer to replace or correct only that part. Similarly, if you have already had access to and used part of the Product before requesting a refund, and applicable law permits us to deduct the value of the benefit you have received, we may do so and refund only the remaining proportion. We will always explain the basis for any partial refund and will only apply it where permitted by law and where we have given you clear notice.

Currency and Method of Refund

All refunds will be made in the same currency in which you paid (typically EUR for customers in Germany and the European Union). The amount refunded will be the amount you paid for the relevant Product, including any delivery charge that was applied, unless we have agreed otherwise or unless a partial refund is appropriate as described above. We will not refund any fees that you may have incurred with your bank or payment provider (such as currency conversion fees) unless we are required to do so by law. The refund will be credited to the same payment method you used for the purchase (for example, the same card or PayPal account), unless we have expressly agreed with you to use a different method.

Your Statutory Rights

This Return Policy is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
